Urine therapy...yes, you read that right

Urine Therapy is not supported by scientific evidence.

The root of Urine Therapy appears to come from Ayurvedic medicine, which is a traditional method of healing that stems from India🇮🇳

Although it may have been used for various health and healing methods throughout the ages, there is NO human evidence for Urine Therapy (aside from anecdotes). Some studies propose an 'anti-cancer' effect, however only in reviews, animal studies, and select small case studies📖

Please don't consider this as a disregard for traditional medicines- for example, I have a lot of respect for traditional herbs.

But, before you go adding tablespoons of urine into your smoothie, consider that it is most likely just another fad surfacing the internet.
